Without getting into the “WHY” of it, if you connect the dots a bit, you can visualize in your head as to how human beings manage to end up becoming wage slaves and get so deeply entrenched in it over time that it becomes almost impossible to escape from those chains.
It’s this: The whole nine yards starting from indoctrination to be obedient and compliant in schools to being forced to take out huge collage loans to taking on credit cards to car loans to home loans to corporate jobs (who control your freedom of time, location and finances) -> hence taking away the means of food production from you and other basic needs from you to the corporations or government.
And to make the matters worse, governments in turn sub-lease those things to private corporations – making the idiocy come full circle.
Now that we have some idea about how Wage Slavery comes about in the world around us, let’s try to come up with a blueprint or strategy to somehow escape (or better still, avoid getting into it in the first place) in the next chapter.
