Has a close friend ever inspired you to change? For me, a friend has helped me a lot. A close friend helped me get back into fitness. Helped me get to a healthier stage in my life. But what about you?

My best friend growing up moved away when we were both 17. I hadn’t seen her in years and she ended up moving back in 2015 completely different. She was married with a baby on the way. Having her life together, had hobbies, goals, etc. and seeing how together she had her life, it inspired me to change and break away from bad habits and focus on what matters.
