work for a hospital as a nurse and I have heard from patients saying that they have had terrible experiences at other hospitals and clinics. General neglect, nurses and doctors being rude or not very understanding, and some have said they have been physically treated wrong. I would have never thought this was the case in hospitals in the US so it shocks me. What have your experiences been where you live?

Usually it’s fairly cut and dry. I get checked out, explain my issues, we talk, explain what I need to do and then go our separate ways.
For the most part, I’ve never dealt with any rude doctors or nurses. I’m just afraid of going to the doctors/hospital in general.
